The Company procures marine paints, chemicals, and lubricating oils from its regular suppliers to maintain stability in prices and service quality. The purchase of other supplies is based on the purchase nature and the Company's evaluation results on the prices, service quality, and delivery time of its partnered suppliers, which are required to comply with the Company's integrity operation policy. The suppliers must conduct open and transparent transactions, and the Company's staff must not offer, directly or indirectly, any promise or demand or accept any form of illegitimate benefits, so that the Company and its suppliers can jointly fulfill their corporate social responsibilities. For environmental protection purposes, the Company purchases its marine supplies locally as a principle to reduce the carbon emissions generated during transportation.

With its routes located across the globe, the Company gives priority to its long-term partnerships suppliers for emergency purchases. If there are no long-term partnerships suppliers in the port, the Company shall select a supplier registered with the International Ship Suppliers & Services Association (ISSA) and assess the supplier on its legality, supply capacity, and so on in accordance with the Company's "Supplier Survey".
